Ingredients
- 1 can (about 5 oz) tuna, drained (use light or white tuna, as preferred)
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lettuce leaves or bread (for serving)
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients:
- Hard boil the eggs, cool, peel, and chop them.
- Drain the canned tuna.
- Mix the Salad:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna, chopped eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard (if using), diced celery, and lemon juice.
- Stir gently until well combined.
- Season:
- Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve:
- Serve the tuna salad on a bed of Spinach and on Toasted Bread. Enjoy!
